One of my favorite activities in life is to hike wherein I do have the privilege to meditate God's beautiful and amazing creations and it also benefits me to lower my stress levels, improved my mood, and enhanced my mental well-being. One of the keys to reach the top is to have the word "determination" and doing this also teaches me to improve my determination on me to reach my goal in life.
